1. Prospective purchasers are to fill out their names specifically as they want it to appear on their purchase document. Any changes requested for thereafter on such document after issuance will attract a fee.

2. Acknowledge that this document does not intent to create a binding sale but made solely for reservation purpose and the prospective purchase is not obliged buy neither is the vendor obliged to sell.

3. A contract of sale shall be issued to the purchaser reflecting the conditions agreed upon before payment is completed.

4. The deposit for the property of interest shall be paid into the ECL (Eme Classic Limited) bank account until cancellation of reservation. Details of the ECL bank account are displayed further below this form.

5. Cash transactions are not allowed, payments are to be made via bank transfer or checks.

6. All development will be subject to the Estate/Rivers State Government guidelines and will be made available with the contract of sale.

7. Prospective purchasers can at any time withdraw his/her reservation by a written notice to ECL, thereafter, the deposit will be refunded less than 20% interest of the contract value and such refund shall commence 90 days upon receipt of the purchase’s refund request.
