As a company our shared
vision focuses on providing housing solutions through all tiers of our addressable market.
We are driven by passion to help reduce the growing housing deficit in Nigeria. Nigeria is
the most urbanized country in sub-Saharan Africa with an estimated 47% of the population living in urban areas (United Nations 2014 estimates).
However, given the lack
of planning by successive government/regimes to meet the rate of urban growth of its vast population, there currently exists;
• Significant shortages in supply of housing in the major urban centers of Nigeria, especially in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja.
• An increasing Demand for affordable shelter by the growing population owing to the yawning gap in housing supply (Housing deficit of over 17 million).
